Eligibility and scope
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this site. These Terms govern the website, any forms, messages, and any content we publish.

Our role and what governs bookings
We act as an agent for cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, insurance providers, and other suppliers, together, “Suppliers.” Your booking is subject to the Supplier’s terms in addition to ours, and Supplier terms control as to Supplier services.

All trip inquiries, quotes, reservations, and travel services are governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions and the applicable Supplier terms. If these Terms of Use conflict with the Booking Terms and Conditions, the Booking Terms and Conditions control.

Quotes, prices, and availability
Prices, promotions, amenities, and availability can change at any time until a booking is paid in full and confirmed by the Supplier. If a price is incorrect due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel or adjust the booking and will offer available options.

Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including legal names matching government identification, dates of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for meeting entry, passport, visa, vaccination, health, and testing requirements for each destination, including transit points. Review confirmations promptly and report issues within 24 hours.

Payments, cancellations, and changes
Deposits and final payments are due by the deadlines shown in your quote or invoice. Many fares are nonrefundable or carry change fees. Cancellations and changes are subject to Supplier policies. We can assist with change requests, however any fees, penalties, or fare differences are your responsibility.

Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We can provide quotes from third party providers. All insurance benefits are governed by the policy certificate issued by the insurer.

Site content and intellectual property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Beyond the Castle Travel LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission. You may link to public pages for noncommercial purposes, provided the link does not imply endorsement or sponsorship.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any unlawful manner, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to overload or disrupt the site, or to attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond the Castle Travel LLC, its owners, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to use of this site shall not exceed one hundred dollars, or if related to a booking made through us, the agency commission received for that booking.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond the Castle Travel LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party rights.

We may update the site or these Terms of Use at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Contract precedence
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Booking Terms and Conditions applicable to a reservation, the Booking Terms and Conditions control. Supplier terms control Supplier products and services.

No class actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time and for any reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
